Q. How do I know what bed to get for my dog?
A. Everyone would like to know this one just like when you buy a bed for you, think about how your dog sleeps, in a ball maybe the round shaped dog beds.
Does your dog like to stretch out? Try the furniture or pads they look great anywhere. The Orthopedic beds have maximum support for that fussy sleeper or your older friend. If you need more help drop me an e-mail. Just remember to measure your dog in her or his favorite laying position from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and then add five inches.
Q. How much are your shipping charges?
A. We want you to be happy and come back to our site and tell all your friends about our FREE SHIPPING ON MOST ORDERS unless specified on larger items and until further notice.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No I'm sorry not at this time.
Q. Do you accept phone orders?
Q. Do you accept returns if I don't like the dog bed or something is wrong with it?
A. Yes if something is wrong with the dog bed please save all contents that came with your item. Call and get a tracking ID# with in 10 days after you receive your dog bed and send it back and you will be sent a new item.
Q. What if I just don't like the dog bed, can I return it for a different one?
A. Yes you have up to 30 days to decide if you like the dog bed or not, we will exchange unopened orders, or will credit your card toward your next order.
I do advise that you get extra insurance on any of the dog furniture-large items are not listed as free shipping, sorry they just cost too much.
